Although I'm a huge fan of split body training, I know some do not have time to dedicate a day for each muscle group. So, here's a good total body workout that will hit every muscle group!
3x10
Front squats
Bench dips
Bench step ups
Bar curls
Deadlifts
Chest press
Bent over rows
Shoulder press
Walking lunges
Push ups
Finish off with abs:
3x10
30 second plank
Roman twists
Traditional crunches
