10-Minute Cardio Blast

Add this cardio circuit to the end of your strength training workout to help blast the fat!  It may seem short, but packs a ton of punch!  NO rest between exercises, repeat x 1.

Walk in place with high knees x 1 minute
Jog in place x 1 minute
Jumping jacks x 1 minute
Fast and high knees x 1 minute
Speed skaters x 1 minute

Rest x 30 seconds after final exercise, then start again!
