The Hundred Workout

If you're a fan of Pinterest, I'm sure you've seen this workout floating around the boards of many.  I first tried this workout about 2 years ago and instantly loved it.  It's a workout you can do in the comfort of your home, with NO equipment.  It will definitely crank up your heart rate and make you dig down deep to finish it!  My husband even did it and felt like it was a great cardio workout.  (And for those that know him, he's a true runner, and knows his cardio.  Like, go out and run 9-10 miles a day runner.)

NO rest between exercises!  Keep your heart rate up throughout the workout to blast the fat!
